Green Valley real estate could make the change to teeny, tiny houses from giant McMansions. Divisions of the Small House Society are hoping to change the way people live, literally. Info about building methods and about the specialists who design and build simple housing ranging from 50 to 1,000 sq ft, is offered by the Small House Society.

By living in these kinds of small houses, owners live simply and conscientiously and use far less energy. Bigger homes cost much more and are harder to maintain than a tiny home. While small living is not for everyone, those who do live in a small space find the simple life to be "very relaxing."

Falling victim to identity theft might hurt your chance of completing a Green Valley real estate transaction. Identity theft will be looked at by Congress as they look into email phishing scams.

When an individual or organization pretends to be an actual organization, like Amazon.com or a large bank, and acquires delicate information deceptively, they are participating in phishing. Monitoring email that sounds peculiar is extremely important. When in doubt, report any email that you believe to be a scam.
