Any piece of Green Valley real estate can be impacted by mold. Mold growth is largely due to building quality, not weather and humidity, based on a new investigation.

Nowadays, buildings are constructed to adhere to strict energy guidelines. The greenhouse effect is created when moisture is stuck inside the walls of a building. Regular inspections on the roof, drainage, and structure will make sure you maintain mold infestation.

It's much more costly to repair a gigantic mold problem than it is to get annual inspections. Plus, when it comes time to sell your Green Valley home , a mold problem could cost you the sale.
